It's July, and things are just starting to heat up in the darkest corners of the Archie Universe. While some things are ending, others are just beginning. Here's a look at what's to come and what you may have missed in the Archie Universe:
The Wicked Trinity writer Sam Maggs appeared on the Comic Book Club Live Podcast discussing the magical girl one-shot that explores the lives of Sabrina's nemesis Amber Nightstone and her small coven of witches. You can still pick up copies of this gorgeous one-shot here.
Sam also took the time to chat with the fine folks at Comic Book Yeti for their Cryptic Creator Corner Podcast, as part of their Pride Month coverage.
And still on the topic of The Wicked Trinity, Archie Comics Senior Director of Editorial Jamie L. Rotante returns to Daily Dead with another installment of Archie's House of Horrors, this time exploring the witch-based media that inspired the comic.
Speaking of Daily Dead, as previously mentioned, the Daily Dead featured an exclusive sneak peek at Archie Comics: Judgment Day #3, the final chapter to this epic trilogy.
There's still time to order this issue at your local comic shop, or online.
Comics Beat featured an exclusive look at the interior art for the Truth or Dare one-shot, on sale July 17th. This one-shot places Trula Twyst in the spotlight, as she engages her Riverdale High peers in a game of Truth or Dare that could have some deadly consequences. While the official pre-order for this title has ended, you can still secure a copy ahead of on-sale online.
Finally, Comics Beat has revealed the covers to the second installment of The Cursed Library limited run series event, "Omega."
The Cursed Library Pt. 2: Omega main cover by Craig Cermak
The Cursed Library Pt. 2: Omega variant cover by InHyuk Lee
The Cursed Library Pt 2: Omega variant cover by Julius Ohta
