ICYMI: Archie Horror Round-Up 1/5

Happy New Year, Horror fans! What better way to start 2024 than with a nice round-up of some of the Archie Horror beats you may have missed? Let's dive right in!

First, we're thrilled to announce that 2024's Free Comic Book Day title will be The Cursed Library: Prelude! Join Jinx and Madam Satan as they attempt to discover who created the demonic library, and how its horrors can finally be stopped. With jaw-dropping cover art from horror master Robert Hack. Read more about it on the official Free Comic Book Day website

While not necessarily horror titles on their own, Senior Director of Editorial Jamie L. Rotante discussed the genre-blending allure of Dark Academia in her most recent "Archie's House of Horror" article for Daily Dead

Three images in a row, the first is of Sabrina in a Christmas outfit from Sabrina's Holiday Magic by Veronica Fish, the second is black text that reads "Archie's House of Horror" against an orange background, and the third is an image from the Darkling cover by Maria Sanapo.

It was announced that Archie Horror's first offering of 2024 will be March's Pop's Chock'lit Shoppe of Horrors: Fresh Meat, which reunites the full creative team from the smash hit 2023 comic. Read more about it over at Bloody Disgusting, and pre-order your copy (both the main cover by Adam Gorham and the variant by Aaron Lea) at your local comic shop. Don't hesitate, this title WILL sell out fast!
